We reserve the right to amend these terms and conditions at any time. Any changes will be effective immediately upon posting on this website. It is your responsibility to review these terms periodically.

4. Product Information

We strive to ensure that all product descriptions, images, and prices are accurate. However, we do not warrant that product descriptions or other content are error-free. If a product is listed at an incorrect price, we reserve the right to cancel your order.

5. Ordering and Payment

To place an order, you must provide accurate personal information and payment details. By placing an order, you authorise us to charge your payment method for the total amount of your order.

6. Delivery

All UK orders come with free standard delivery. However customers have the opportunity to upgrade their delivery service for a fee if they wish. International orders qualify for free delivery if the order value is £125 and over. We aim to dispatch orders within **1 working day**.

7. Returns/Exchanges and Refunds

Orders cannot be canceled after placement. Returns accepted within 14 days of delivery, subject to:

Returns MUST use tracked shipping service

Retain proof of postage until refund processed

Fees:

Original shipping fees non-refundable

Return shipping costs paid by customer

Refunds processed to original payment method

Untracked returns may not qualify for refund if lost

8. Special Offers

Our website periodically offers the following promotions:

"Buy One, Get One 25% Off" - Second item of equal or lesser value

"Buy Two, Get Third Free" - Free item will be of equal or lesser value

These promotions cannot be combined with other discounts or offers. Discounts apply automatically to qualifying items at checkout. We reserve the right to modify or end promotions at any time without notice.

9. Warranty Policy

All our jewellery pieces come with a **1-year warranty** against manufacturing defects to the metal during the manufacturing process. The warranty covers loose gemstones, excluding those damaged from wear and tear. 

**What the warranty does not cover**:

- Items altered in any way post-purchase.

- Normal wear and tear, such as scratches or dents.

- Damage from daily life, accidents, misuse, or improper care.

- Loose or lost gemstones due to everyday wear.

- Damage or discolouration of plating caused by normal wear and tear.

- Failure to follow our care instructions.

The warranty begins on the date of purchase and is not renewed upon any replacements. If we cannot repair any manufacturing defects, we will send you a replacement. If your item is out of stock, you will have the option to choose any item up to the value of your original purchase. 

To make a warranty claim, please email our care team at **hi@symmbols.com** with your order number and consent to start the warranty claim process.

10. Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, we exclude liability for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of this website or your purchase of products.

11. Product Use

METAL SENSITIVITIES AND ALLERGIES
While our jewellery is crafted with quality materials, some individuals may experience skin sensitivities to metals. If you have known metal allergies or particularly sensitive skin, we recommend:

  • Consulting with your healthcare provider before wearing any jewellery

  • Should you experience any discomfort or irritation, please remove the jewellery immediately

Please note that individual skin reactions vary, and customers are responsible for understanding their own sensitivities. We cannot guarantee that our pieces will be suitable for those with metal allergies.

12. Prohibited Uses

You agree not to use the website for any unlawful purpose or in a manner that could damage, disable, overburden, or impair the website or interfere with any other party's use of the website. Prohibited activities include, but are not limited to:

- Engaging in fraud or deceptive practices.
