We are not responsible for any returns lost in transit; we therefore recommend using a secure tracked/signed for service.
HOW DO I RETURN MY ORDER?

TO QUALIFY FOR A RETURN/EXCHANGE:
*Items must be in their original condition without signs of wear or damage
*Items returned by mail must be in all original packaging (tags, box, and pouch included)
*No individual item of a set can be returned for refund, store credit and/or size exchange, and must be returned as a complete set.
PROCESS:
*Please email our customer care team at hi@symmbols.com to get your return process started.
*Returns MUST be sent via tracked service
*Untracked returns are sent at customer's risk and may not qualify for refund if lost
*Customers must retain proof of postage until refund is processed
FEES:

*Original shipping fees are non-refundable
