A note from our founder...

Since as long as I can remember, I felt this overwhelming pressure to 'have it all'—the career, relationship, family, home, vibrant social life—while somehow looking Instagram-ready and living my 'best life.' My days became an endless checklist, always chasing the next thing without truly being present.

I wanted to change this and create a movement that helps shifts our focus from vanity to authenticity. 

Symmbols was founded by me with the mission to transform everyday jewellery into meaningful symbols that inspire self-care, empowerment, & celebrate love. I realised that jewellery offered the perfect way to carry these intentional reminders with you every day.

I created my first symbol during a time where I was at a cross road in my life; with one simple intention: to be kinder to myself. Knowing how much this little reminder helped me, I felt deeply inspired to share this practice with others who are on their own self-care journey.
